The only important difference is mechanical, Nick. 

C56 has narrower lead spacing than C45. Electrically they are
interchangeable. We can't be too specific about parameters that aren't
critical because Elecraft may purchase different styles of capacitors from
time to time.

Before I get too far down the road with assembly, could anyone clear up 
my confusion about which cap is C45 and which is C56? Is C56 the disc 
ceramic cap? I hope so, because that's the way I've installed them.
