How things might be like on the bands can be somewhat anticipated from lists of
all the events at places like 
http://www.hornucopia.com/contestcal/contestcal.html

Outside of CQ WW CW, SS CW, ARRL DX CW, WPX CW & IARU, I would expect
somewhere within a short distance of 14050 kc to be found clear the rest of the
year.
