[Elecraft] help!

I am hjaving a fit getting 40 meters and 12 meters going. All tests up =
to this point have gone good. Still on 40 and 12 meters ther is no =
output .2 watts. I have taken the torroids L25 and 26 and rewound them =
along with L 21 AND 22 also most of the others.Ihave gone over most =
everything. Still the same problem persists. help any suggestions????
