[Elecraft] KWSSB Firmware - KSB2 F/W Upgrade to 1.08

This upgrade adds a 0.2 second VOX delay to the existing 1.0 and 0.4 second 
delays.  Does this upgrade add anything especially for SSB conversations?  Does 
it help in getting the first word on a SSB transmission return?  What is the 
purpose of the faster Vox delay?  I would appreciate any comments from anyone 
who has installed this new firmware.  Thanks  Roy Morris  W4WFB
