Just scan across the band and night, and listen for "The Russian Man",
or the "Lincolnshire Poacher", or any of the hundreds of regularly
heard 5 digit number stations, still on in CW and Voice.

Within the last year or two, a woman was arrested in the DC area
and convicted of espionage. She had recordings/transcripts of a 5
digit numbers station transmission from Cuba in her posession.

Sat phones raise eyebrows. Cheapo SW receivers are everywhere.
