The cap should be a small blue one marked "470" ...

Again, there are small blue colored caps marked "820" ...

They will be marked with "NE / SA 612" and the SA may not be in the body
markings. Both are the same.
Most of the information you seek is located in appendix A of the manual,
as for the parts U10 & 11 see page 9 of that appendix.
When you get to the building of the temperature compensated pcb of RP3
on the RF board, take your time, be very certain of the soldering on
that pcb since it is not a plate thru hole and contact is critical. I
soldered the leads on to my board by bending the lead from discarded
component leads. Try to use leads that are thick enough to completely
fill the hole on the pcb. I found that the leads from the larger
resistor parts or caps were perfect. Make a small (1/8th" or less) bend
of 90 degrees for the end that will mount in the pcb of the RP3 mod.
Solder well and leave the leads going into the Rf pcb long enough to be
able to give you about 1/8" or slightly higher clearance off the rf pcb.
I had to bend my RP3 mod board slightly forward (that is leaning toward
the rear of the rf pcb) so as not to impinge on the end of R22 located
just behind and slightly to the right of the RP3 mod board. Take your
time, be careful and you'll be rewarded with a very fine radio!!
