Nope, it's one at a time. I think Elecraft should modify the webpage
and order form so that is more clear! I thought the same thing when
I first looked it over.
The 2-band board came out first, and then they designed the 4-bander.
So the bottom line is the main circuit board has plugs to accept
the 2 or the 4 band board. Then the antenna tuner plugs into the
band board making a triple decker.=20
I highly recommend getting the 4-band board from the start. You'll
have more fun. And the KAT1 is super, too.

PS to Elecraft: I think an L shaped six band board (that may preclude =
use
of the KBT1 or noise blanker) may be a popular thing.
