[Elecraft] OT: ARRL SS CW Operation

Hi All,

Worked 15 hours with K2 #2887 at 5 watts for 205 QSOs. Used my laptop
with QRPDUPE  for the first time (BTW, the BUX COMM USB to serial port
converter works FB with the K2 I/O port with KE6D software). Here's a =
summary=20
by band and y'all thought 10 meters wasn't open.

10M 87 Q's TGM MQ2 antenna
15M 14 Q's MQ2
20M 22 Q's MQ2
40M 65 Q's HF2Vantenna
80M 17 Q's HF2V

Worked 64 out of the 79 sections, including 8 QRP stations - NK6A, KC5R,
N0AC, K7MM, W7RAB, VE3EM, W2EB, and NF1J. Now I'm trying to find out if
any of these were operating Elecraft. Contacted 2 Hawaii stations but no
KLs. BTW, it was strange not to work N4BP and some of the other QRP =
regulars
in a contest! Probably will run in SSB SS for a short time using the =
KAP100/KAT100/EC2=20
just to give the amp a run, don't use it much otherwise.

Lesson learned - use paddles in addition to the keyboard. Looking
forward to getting my Begali Magnetic Classic paddles.
