Bob,

This is my method as well, but before you attempt any trademarks, etc, just
be warned that unless you were licensed prior to 1956, I will have prior use
claims on that method should you attempt to register it.  I did send a
registered letter describing the technique a very long time ago!<G>.  Oh,
BTW, I use the left hand, so I guess you can be free to make whatever claims
you want for right hand operation.  I am hereby placing my 'left hand/thumb'
method into the public domain.  I was considering 'shareware' for a bit, but
decided not to attempt that.
