A few things you probably already checked but ... Just in case...

Is R4 full clockwise?=20

T1 wound correctly (one winding not reversed)?=20

DC voltages shown on page E-6 for Q1, Q4 and Q5 look right?=20

I finished s/n 109 Sunday night but my output power seems to be down =
about 2
dB from everyone else's. On my Oak Hills WM-2 I get about 2.6 watts at =
13
volts and just over one watt at 9.5 volts. I would suspect the =
wattmeter
but my Rock Mite reads a solid 650 mW which should be about right. the
power is virtually the same on 40 and 20 so it shouldn't be a filter
problem. I'm suspecting the transformer but I would expect a problem =
there
would cause a bigger power loss. Rx. sensitivity seems fine and =
everything
else works right. It seems like everyone else is getting rated output =
but
perhaps someone out there has some ideas. =20
