[Elecraft] Finger dimple and other K2 knobs

Take a look at my webpage www.qsl.net/w3fpr to see the Yaesu FT900 knob
fitted to my K2 - part numbers are on the webpage too.

For those who are inclined to use the 'brocolli band' rubber tire approach,
I have found that the rubber tire for the FT900 knob will fit on the
original K2 knob - it takes a small bit of stretching, but it looks good.  I
have seen a tire for an FT100 knob stretched to fit over the K2 knob, but it
is quite tight, I think the FT900 tire is a better fit.
