I built something very similar a number of years ago!  Anyway, the amp 
key kit will probably handle the 24v relay circuit, assuming that the 
24v supply is built into the amp.  If it is wired so that you need to 
ground the relay coil to operate, and +24 appears on the control line, 
then it can be keyed directly by the transistor directly.  Otherwise you 
may need the relay in the amp key kit.  Be sure to set 8r hold and t/r 
delay in the K2 so that the relay stays closed while you are sending CW, 
since the 24v relay is quite slow.
