Sorry folks,
   This contest is taking every frequency from 14000 kHz to 14100 kHz.  Every time I 
think I have found a frequency to use someone calls CQ.  Where are these people the 
rest of the year?  This is like I remember the bands in the '60s.  They were used more 
heavily than they are these days.  I am glad these folks are having fun.  So it is with 
regret that I am cancelling ECN for November 3, 2003.  I'll be back next week rain or 
snow.
