I've been able to match an 80 foot end fed wire (33 foot counterpoise)  to 1.0 
all bands. Also, I made up a 42 foot wire (16 foot counterpoise) and it 
matched to 1.1 all bands.

The recommended 28 foot wire with two 16 foot counterpoises matched as 
follows:

40m: 1.6
30m: 2.1
20m: 1.2
