I have no particular knowledge of this, but I speculate not.

The KX1 does USB and LSB by using high-side or low-side injection from the
DDS.  For 15m operation, it would need to output at ~16 MHz and ~26 MHz.
The required filter at the output of the DDS already has significant
roll-off for high-side 20m injection (~ 19 MHz).  With a clock of 50 MHz to
the DDS (the highest frequency which it is spec'ed to accept), output
frequencies above 20 MHz tend to acquire more and more spurs, and output at
or above 25 MHz is not possible.

For these reasons, I suspect 15m is unlikely, as is 17m.
