At least partly for me.  I was expecting to be seriously
disappointed with the tuning knob from reviewing the archives
before buying my K2.  But when I got it put together and
pretended I was at the bottom of a CW pileup in YS land...

The knob with it's size and drag combined with the tuning
rate was perfect.  I'd always get a sore wrist after an
hour with my Yahoo FT-757GXii.  I guarantee that won't be
happening with my K2.

BTW, if anyone was wondering about my departure date since
I mentioned it here a few weeks back...  I got stuck with
one last appointment with my primary physician on the 26th
of June so I'll be heading south shortly after the 4th of
July rather than the first week of June like I had planned.

Oh well, guess I'll just have to go to Ham-Con in Arlington,
TX and help out at the Elecraft booth.  And hopefully there
won't be anything coming up to drag me back to south GA come
Friday evening as happened at Dayton.
