You may want to check this out with the authority your mailing the letters
to.

A "standard" letter, with the proper information of the individual sender
could well count as yet another complaint against PLC. The standard letter
will make more people send in their complaint and have their voices heard.

btw: Broadband by powerline is very difficult. The Dutch power company that
made a trial run stopped it because the bandwidth was insufficient.
