Lou, et all:

I've received several requests to copy/paste my "example" filing for
03-104 (BPL).  The letter is now in the public domain as it is a "public
filing" with the FCC.  You may all post or copy it to your hearts content.

One note: I sincerely believe that "form letters," while a powerful
medium, do not yield the same power of INDIVIDUAL letters.  IE; If the FCC
receives 1000 copies of the filing I made with the only changes being the
person making the filing and the signature line, I don't think that it
will make as big of an impression on the Commissioners as 1000
"personal" comments from the same 1000 people filing.  I posted my filing
as an example - something to work from in the event that someone wanted to
file a comment of opposition but could not quite find the words.  Please
do not file word-for-word copies of it for the above stated reason and
more.
