[Elecraft] reminder to K2/100 owners: tighten PA hardware (one time)

If you've built a KPA100 option for your K2, and have now operated it for a
while, don't forget to re-tighten the PA hardware as described in the KPA100
manual. This hardware *will* loosen slightly over time (about 1/8th turn),
worsening the thermal bond between the transistors and the heat sink. 

You should only have to do this re-tightening step once, ideally after the first
week or two of use.
