[Elecraft] KPA100 with Rev B K2 question and possible erratum

In the KPA100 manual, p. 51, it says that if one has a Rev B or later
control board to skip the "next four steps," which involve cutting a
trace, adding a jumper from Q5 to U8 and a capacitor across P4 pins 1
and 5.

The FIFTH step is to add a jumper between U6 pin 25 and P4 pin 1. 
According to the Rev B schematic, both of these points are labeled TXD
and an ohmmeter check indicates continuity between them, making the
jumper unnecessary.  

Should the manual say to skip five steps instead of four?
