A good place to start when looking for contest logging software is
the eHam.net reviews (which unfortunately lump contest-specialty logging
software and non-contest-specialty logging software together):

http://www.eham.net/reviews/products/27

In particular, check out:

TR by N6TR http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/27
NA by K8CC http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/26
CT by K1EA http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/23
SD by EI5DI http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/522
WriteLog by W5XD http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/40
N1MM Logger http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/1383

These six logging programs probably account for the vast proportion of
those in use by those hams who contest regularly. TR, NA, CT, and SD are
DOS-based applications, whereas WriteLog and N1MM are Windows-based
applications. All of these applications will support all the major
worldwide and North American CW and phone events, as well as quite a few
regional contests. SD supports a few more European contests than the
others out of the box, but many of these logging programs can be
configured to handle new contests or contests not predefined in the
software. The RTTY contesting support in these programs varies widely.

There are also contest logging apps available for Mac and Linux.
