[Elecraft] need pinouts for kio2 cable

Gary,

I just finished the KIO option without a hitch.

Did you get the cable wiring info yet?

I can't recall it out of my head as to whethter it was a straight-thru 
scheme or whether pins 2 & 3 (?)are swapped.....Anyway, if not I will bring 
the info from home and provide tomorrow if you still need it.
