[Elecraft] 160 Mtrs Xmit Not working

I have just installed my K160RX 160 meter module. During my testing I find
that it
receives 160 meters just fine using a noise generator, but I have no pwr
output on xmit. When I do the CAL PLL on
1800.10 as per instructions I get INFO 232 which means I should have K2 set
on 40 mtrs.
I can do CAL PLL on 40 mtrs just fine. I checked the 160 mtr relays and they
are
transfering. I've checked all the components including the toroids. Any
ideas on what I'm
missing?
