Well, they claim to have used the same setup as the ARRL lab uses so I 
would tend to believe them.  They even state to have used an off the 
production line unit rather than the engineering lab's unit.  So as far 
as I can see, the only difference is the location of the test and the 
person performing the tests.  Even the person is a no-go since the lab 
personel at ARRL changes from time to time.
