Well, in the ancient (5.05) version of Spectrogram there is a command =
"save
image" under the "file" menu.

Generically, in Windows just press and hold Alt then hit Prt Scr (Print
Screen) to capture the active window as a bitmap to the windows =
"clipboard".
Then you can "paste" (Ctrl-V) it almost anywhere a bitmap can go...
