Does this happend with headphones as well or is it just with the =
speaker?
If it does not happend with headphones it sound like the speaker is =
modulating the vfo in the K1.
Try removing top cover(only if problem do not occure with headphones) =
and try again.
If all is OK with top cover off check if vfo core is loose in some way.
It might not be modulation problem , but well worth the try.
