In any case, I have used the NIR-12, the Timewave DSP-599zx, TS-570DG 
DSP and IC-706MKII DSP  .. and the KDSP2 is by far the best.  And I've 
but scratched the surface of its cababilities.

TKS to Lyle and the Elecraft gang (how many companies would embrace the 
enhancements of a mere "user""?)

p.s. The Noise Generator was really a plus when I optimized my filters 
this morning.
