John, life isn't that easy.  Your instructions make the assumption that
the user is connected to the appropriate IRC server or network.  Please
give some DETAILS as to which IRC server or network the #elecraft channel
has been created on.

Some of us don't use Mickeysoft or Mac-in-trash software and thus, we
already have other IRC clients that will not come preloaded the default
list of IRC servers that mIRC does.
