WorldIRC.org is in the server pick list that comes with MIRC.

Go to: File/ Setup

Scroll down through the list of servers. WorldIRC is near the end of the list.

I just checked and the #Elecraft chatroom is there but no one was around to chat.

This is a good way to get real-time help with problems or signal evaluations, as well as rag chewing.
Even if there is no one chatting on a regular basis, people can make a schedule to met someone there, like during a QSO on the air,
or via email. The chatroom signal is always S9+  :-)
