If you do not protect each input coax, you might be possible to take a hit
on the remote switch, and yet the coax to the shack would be protected -
although a direct strike could take it all out as well!!!  I would compare
the cost of the multiple PolyPhasers against the cost of replacing the
switch (I would be willing to sacifice the switch - but YMMV).
