[Elecraft] need help with smart charger

I don't have the schematic for the actual A&A SmartCharger handy, but I
opened my unit and found that the installed value of C2 is 0.47 uF (474).  I
don't believe the value is critical because I checked the schematic for "A
Gelled-Electrolyte Battery Charger" in my 1994 ARRL Handbook and found the
value shown there to be 0.22 uF at 35 volts.  This project appeared in
several handbooks in that time period and is based on an article by Warren
Dion, N1BBH that appeared in the June 1987 issue of QST - this design is the
basis for the A&A Engineering SmartCharger, so you can use the QST//Handbook
resource for immediate information, and I am fairly certain that you could
obtain the full set of instructions from A&A Engineering.
