[Elecraft] noise blanker

ive had my noise blanker installed in my k2 for a few weeks now but =
today i actually got to use it.  i was on 17m really noisy probably the =
ac units outside where my lil borowed whip antenna is and the blanker =
zapped it out of their.  best i can describe it sounded like waves =
crashing then like the normal hissy sound im used to. after that i could =
actually hear a few stations qsos in cw.  i can gaurantee i have the =
most modest qrp antenna than anyone else out their cause before i =
borrowed the lil whip i got now i basically used a peice of coax hangin =
out the window (didnt transmit of course)for listining only. =20
