[Elecraft] Thanks & Question

Paddles are a problem. I have a homebrewed one made from 1/16" double clad PC board
stock that is highly portable. I also have a "Bulldog" paddle, but it is not very
durable.
Works great but too delicate for rough and tumble use. I have repaired it a couple
of times and it has become very unreliable now. I would not buy another one. I have
been looking at the "Palm paddle". At the fixed station I use a Vibroplex Vibrokeyer
paddle, but it is much too heavy for carrying around in the field!
My 2 cents worth.

Subject: [Elecraft] Thanks & Question
| I appreciate all the great feed back concerning my
| question on whether to order the K1-2 or K1-4. I did
| order the K1-4 (along with the ATU and internal
| battery pack)on Friday and hopefully it will arrive
| this week.
|
| I was wondering what type of paddles the K1 and K2
| owners are using, especially for portable use. Any
| comments, likes and dislikes would be appreciated.
|
| Thanks again,
