[Elecraft] K2 Noise Blanker Question

I built my noise blanker today for my K2. Everything went well, in the building process with no problems. When I installed it, I got the "Not Inst" message when I tried to use the Noise blanker. I checked my work and how it was plugged in.. everything looks fine. I have a question, however. 

The directions said to remove R88, R89, and R90 on the RF board of the K2 and to add the jumper and the resistor from the NB kit to 88 and 89. There was no mention as to what to do with R90. Do I install a jumper here or do I leave it as is? That was my guess as to where the problem might lie.. otherwise I don't know.
