[Elecraft] Ruthless marketing scheme!!!

Dear Wayne and Eric,
  I am planning on ordering the DSP option after Dayton and the thought of
my KAF2 just sitting in a drawer for the rest of it's life is just starting
to bug me. I can't believe I'm actually considering picking up another K2
just so it doesn't go to waste. My justification is this;
My fully loaded K2/KAT-100 is pre s/n 3000 so if I order a new K2, KAT2 and
battery option I can transplant all the options from my old K2 to the new
one along with the DSP, then I can put the KAF2, KAT2, and KBT2 in the old
one. This way I have my main rig, my camping CW only rig, and my K1 for
backpacking...??? So you two come out with a new $200 option and it causes
me to spend $1000. Is there something wrong with me? Please tell me I'm not
the only one doing something like this.
