[Elecraft] Solar Terestrial conditions improving

If you've been waiting for conditions to improve before getting on the air,
then your opportunity may have arrived.

The A index has dropped from 22 to 9, the K index is 2(!), and the Solar Flux
is on the rise (from 99 to 103).

It might not mean any DX openings on 17m, but it does mean that things will be
much more stable over the next 24 hours.

I guess Providence is smiling on Dayton ;)
