[Elecraft] The Dummy Load Noise Generator

My initial panic was that I had hurt the K2, but I couldn't locate the
source of the smell.  The second glass helped me realise  that the noise
generator had taken the load and failed sacrificially.

PS - I read the digest - absolutely ironic to find my message in the middle
of a thread about dummy loads!!  Go figure.
