Yes, and it is easily modified to make it a 20 db power attenuator so you
can connect the OHR QRP watt meter to it and read 0-100 watts on 0-1 watt
range of the watt meter. Just cut 2 runs, add a BNC and 61 ohm resistor made
up of a 51 ohm 2 watt MOS resistor and a 10 ohm 1/4 watt in series. Works
slick and is accurate.
