Yes, there are restrictions to the use of these frequencies, but I 
prefer to look at this positively.  Rather than boycott the new 
frequencies because of the restrictions, let's just go there, be good 
citizens, and prove that we're worthy of more.

Now, Eric and Wayne, isn't there a mod kit with perhaps a toroid or two 
to wind that will let us take our K2s there?  I know that we don't have 
the frequencies yet, but let's get ready.
