IMHO ----       20m will be a real challenge for many operators for the net
especially for QRP SSB. 
My reasons - crowed conditions and high power stations on 20m while that
problem doesn't exist yet on 17m
                    While do-able on 20m it would just be much easier on 17m
to carry out casual conversations for such a net.
                    Good excuse to build that 17m antenna or K1 module too
I like choice for 17m.
