OK folks. Lets take a few things into account when we decide on an
operating frequency.

(1) License class. We don't want to exclude someone from participating in
the net just because they don't have an Extra class license. (Thus far,
nobody has to my knowledge suggested any freq that would exclude
Generals.)

(2) The existing bandplans.

If it has to be on 20m, I vote for something between
14.225-14.350Mhz. This again is based on my contention to make the most
out of the Net. Within that freq range, we can operate with pretty much
every mode that a K2 is capable of operating and thus, if an operator is
trying to get WAS 20m CW, WAS 20m SSB, WAS 20m [insert mode], they can do
it on the same net. If some members of the net don't do CW, they can
simply stand by while the CW portion of the net is conducted, etc.

What does everyone think?
