[Elecraft] Elecraft Net: Date & Time, Place? NCS Volunteers?

Most HFPack folks have been complaining about 17m becoming less usable over the
last month due to band conditions, and thus they have switched down to 20m.
Perhaps you should choose both a 17m AND 20m frequency "just in case".
