Jeff, did you hold K6STI some while back?  If so, we worked on 6m in Nov 
89.  I was running 80 watts to a 5 ele at 30 feet agl :-)

25 watts is plenty for Es, and intercontinental dx is more than a 
possibility. The limiting factor is more likely to be the competition 
rather than the power etc.

gl, its a great band.  It also looks like I'm going to have to add 
another 6m transverter to my collection :-)
