Doc & Mike,

I also have an MP1 that I use every once in a while with my K2.  I find
that the MP1 works MUCH better if I bypass the KAT100, adjust the MP1 for
the most "band noise" and then use the tuner.  While the elecraft tuners
will tune a wet noodle, the performance difference of a noodle that is
somewhat close to resonant on the band you are operating is HUGE!
