[Elecraft] Power Pole Query

dose any one know if using heatshrink over the wires AND the 
connector housing (that back half that is) makes a decent strain 
relief? Seams sensable to me for small diameter wire. I have seen 
people work with heatshrink that will shrink that far but I am 
unfamiliar with the ins and outs of heatshrink and would know know 
what type to use.

P.S. This has been an expensive thread. I just spend about eighty 
bucks on stuff to redo my power systems on my home station and 
portable station...
