[Elecraft] Earthlink bouncing e-mail again

You guys might want to reply to Doc directly instead of through the e-mail
reflector (i.e. DO NOT use 'Reply All'). Earthlink has been notorious for
bouncing e-mails sent through the qth.net mail servers.
