[Elecraft] K1 Front Panel low resistance reading

I am not sure if there is a problem with the board I just completed or =
if it is just expected part variability causing erroneous resistance =
readings...

I just finished the front panel of my K1 and all of the resistance =
readings were correct except for pin 6 of J1 which should read >100 k =
but is actually 28.9 k using a DMM.  This pin connects to pin 8 of U3 =
(MAX518 D/A converter) which is labeled OUTB.  I've gone over the board =
carefully and don't see any component or soldering errors.  I've used an =
anti-static mat with conductive wrist strap at all times when handling =
the sensitive components.
