[Elecraft] PLL temp comp mod report

Well, I've had a chance to observe the PLL temp comp mod in action, and it 
seems to be doing very well.  From no-power room ambience (18C) to rx-idle 
room ambience there is a drop of about 30Hz.  At this point I am about 10Hz 
high of WWV on 10MHz, and the K2's thermometer says about 27C.  Then, under 
several good qso's at 100w, the temp gets up to about 40C and the fan goes 
on.  At this point I drop only another 10Hz and am, to the best of my 
measurement, right on WWV.  Guess I can't complain about that.
