It sounds like you've not installed a jumper where RFC8 would go.  See =
the middle of column 2 of page 31.  The K1 rev F manual errata sheet, =
item 1, tells you to perform this step BEFORE you do the voltage checks. =
 Otherwise, you'll get no 12v input to the 8v regulator U5, nor thus to =
U6, the 6v VFO regulator, as your volt readings are showing now.
