Thanks for the quick response ... but, sadly, it didn't work.  Still gets
INFO 232.

Too bad, since I just put in the new firmware before I added the Temp-Comp
mod, and it worked fine after I plugged in the new chips and re-set the
filter settings.

It's very late here and I have to get up very early... time to call it a
night.

In my semi-exhausted state, I already blundered and plugged in the 12v to
the AUXRF port, and, dumb me, I never got around to installing that blocking
cap.  I'm fairly certain I fried K12.  So, I have two problems to fix now
instead of just one.

I'll watch for other messages regarding my lack of 12 MHz on TP1 tomorrow.
